| 摘 要： | 新农村需要新农民,新农民需要新教育。社会主义新农村建设不同于一般意义的村庄改造,是农村经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设四位一体的综合体现。因此,社会主义新农村建设的重点在于开展农民素质教育,提高农民素质。

| Abstract: | New rural areas need new peasants,new peasants need new education.The building of new countryside is different from the general reforms of rural areas.It is the comprehensive embodiment of the rural economic construction,political construction,cultural construction and social construction.Therefore,the key to construct new socialist rural areas lies in conducting quality education to peasants and improving the quality of the peasants. |
