| 摘 要： | 首先分析了在具有原材料供应和最终产品加工两个部门的加工制造类企业中，产品在生产中的成本构成，在成本分析中，考虑了最终产品的随机需求所导致的计划变更而引起民的边示生产成本的变化，之后，在此基础上研究了内具有物流供南非关系的供应锭上各部门在合作条件下以企业总利润最在化为目标的产量联合优化决策模型。

| Abstract: | This paper concentrates on the maximizing profit model on the condition of coordination between departments of a firm.In this model,the joint optimal production and supply quantities on supply chain between two departments in a firm are given.When the cost structure of the products is analyzed,the variation of marginal cost due to changing production plan caused by the random demand of final products is considered. |
