摘    要:纳米科学与技术近十年来发展迅速,并逐渐融合渗透到各个研究领域。随之带来的对经济社会的影响引起各国的高度重视,纷纷出台政策扶持和促进纳米科技的发展。目前,美国、德国和日本在纳米技术发展中处于领先地位,因此,系统地分析美、德、日纳米技术政策的特点及其对我国的启示就具有重大的现实意义。

Abstract:Nanoscience & nanotechnology has gradually incorporated into many research fields with its rapid development inrecent years.Consequently,its impacts to society and economy have highly attracted countries and governments to make policies for providing governance and support in this field.This paper focuses on analysis of corresponding policies of the leading countries,such as the United States,Germany and Japan,with the main goal of promoting the transformative development of nanotechnologyin our country.
