| 摘 要： | 对三角帆蚌珍珠囊细胞进行了亚显微结构水平的研究，结果发现珍珠囊表皮主要由两种细胞组织－珍珠囊表皮细胞和腺，这两种细胞共同与了诊珠的分泌形成。珍珠囊表皮细胞为整个表皮的基本细胞、细胞内有发达的糙面内质网、多聚游离糖体、线粒体、能积极地进行物质合成和多种形式的分泌。

| Abstract: | s:Byultrastructuralstudiesofthepearl saccellsofHyriopsiscumingiiLea,twokindsofcells,pearl sacepithelialcellsandglandcellswhichfunctiontogetherforthepearlforma tion ,canbeidentifiedfromthepearl sac.Therearedevelopedroughendoplasmicreticulum ,polyri bosomesandmitochondriaforactivesubstancesynthesisandsecretioninthepearl sacepithelial cells .Thesecretionsofmicrovilli,largeroundgranulesandlargeeasy deforminggranulesareprob ablyrelativetothenucleation ,growthandcontrolofcrystaltypeofCaCO3 aragonite,lump like substanceandcellgapareprobablyassociatedwiththecalciumtransportation .Theglandcellsbe tweentheperal sacepithelialcells ,whicharefromtheconnectivetissueofthemantle,containrich glandvesiclesandsecrettheircontentsbymeansofthebreakingofthetopofthesecells,andthese substanceisprobablyrelativetothedeterminationofcrystalformofCaCO3 aragonite .Thesecre tionofthepearl saccellsisrhythmic ,whichisadaptivefortheformationofthemultiplecrys tallinelayersofthepearl. |
