| 摘 要： | 用环糊精或环糊精衍生物作为包埋剂，探讨了香兰素环糊精包络物的制备工艺。通过高效液相色谱法获得了香兰素环糊精包络物的最佳包络工艺条件，通过紫外分光光度法测定了包络物的释放规律，并介绍了香兰素微胶囊技术在食品工业中的应用。

| Abstract: | The
technology of making vanillin and cyclodextrin inclusion complexes with cyclodextrin and
cyclodextrin derivative was dealt with in this paper. Optinum encapulations conditions and
the releasing law of inclusion complexes were obtained through HPLC and ultraviolet
spectrometer respectively. |
