摘    要:提出了一种操作简便、精度好、可靠性高的半导体制冷元件特性参数测试方法,设计了专用实验装置,通过试验对不同型号半导体制冷元件的特性参数进行了对比分析.进一步将这些元件分别用于小型半导体冰箱进行制冷性能测试,并根据实验和理论分析结果提出了进一步提高半导体制冷装置效率的有效途径.

Abstract:A simple measuring method with high accuracy and good reliability was developed for evaluating the characteristic parameters of specified thermoelectric cooling modules. A test rig designed in terms of the above method was constructed, and several types of thermoelectric cooling modules were tested and compared. Moreover, a small thermoelectric refrigerator was particularly utilized in order to test its cooling performance for the cases using different modules. According to both experimental and analysis results, the efficient ways were found out to improve the performance of the unit.
