基于IGG的水力机械三维结构化网格的生成

摘    要:网格质量对数值求解的稳定性及精度是至关重要的,结构化网格以其节省内存和便于节点编号等优点被广泛使用.许多流动分析软件均采用结构化网格进行数值求解,对于几何形状复杂的水力机械过流通道,提高网格质量,尤其是提高网格的正交性成为计算是否收敛的关键.本文以一离心水泵过流通道部件,借助于网格生成软件IGG,进行了结构化网格划分,获得了理想的结果.

Abstract:Grid quality is crucial to ensure the numerical calculating accuracy and stability. Structured grids are widely applied in much flow analyzing software due to their lower memory consuming and convenient grid numbering abilities. For complicated f1ow passage in hydraulic machinery, improving the quality of grids, especially the orthogonality of the grids is the key of convergence. By studying a centrifugal pump's flow passage and grid generating software-IGG, structured grids are generated, and ideal results are obtained.
