稠油热采添加剂现场蒸汽吞吐试验

摘    要:对经室内研究筛选出的一种稠油热采添加剂进行了工业化试生产,产品各项性能指标均达到了预期目标.经井楼、古城油田10口井现场蒸汽吞吐试验,取得了显著的效果,成功率达100%.不考虑吞吐周期自然递减,共核实增产稠油20389t;平均单井试验周期增产2039t,增产率达803%;吞吐油汽比提高了024;回采水率达到101%,提高581%;投入产出比为1比127.试验表明,该添加剂对地层无损害.还对添加剂的增产机理进行了讨论.

Abstract:A kind of chemical additive for viscous oil thermal recovery selected by laboratory investigation is successfully produced in large scale. Its properties reach desired indexes. The field tests carried out in 10 wells of Kailou and Gucheng Oilfields are all successful. Oil production is increased by 2038.9 tons during test cycle without considering decline factor of steam injection cycle. That is, it is increased by 80.3%. The rate of water recovery is 101%, and it is increased by 58.1%. Input-output ratio reaches 1∶12.7. The test result also shows that the chemical additive has not damage to reservoirs. In addition, The production increasing mechanism of the additive is discussed.
