磁流体密封的磁场数值分析

摘    要:分析了磁性液体密封理论,并应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对一个三槽四齿密封结构进行磁场有限元分析,并对计算结果进行的分析和讨论.结果表明,绝大部分磁力线都在密封装置内部形成磁回路;转轴侧极齿两侧磁场强度差决定密封装置的密封能力;密封间隙不宜超过0.3 mm.

Abstract:Magnetic field distributions of the magnetic fluid sealing devices,with the structure of three slots and four pole teeth,were simulated by using the finite element software package ANSYS.The simulated results show that most of the magnetic contour lines come into being magnetic loop within the sealing device,and the sealing capacity completely depends on the differences between the maximum and minimum magnetic field strength closely around the shaft.The optimal sealing gap is less than 0.3 mm wide.
