| 摘 要： | 广东省各地的经济社会发展水平和资源环境承栽力相差较大，对政府绩效的评价不能采用同一指标体系和衡量标准，必须分类评价才具有针对性。根据资源环境、开发密度、发展潜力等因素，广东大体分为优化发展区、重点发展区、生态发展区，基于主体功能分区，分类构建政府绩效综合评价指标体系。
