| 摘 要： | 研究了酸沉淀法制取大豆低聚糖的工艺。经反复实验,初步确定了由稀NaOH溶液浸取、H3PO4调节pH值沉淀蛋白和离子交换脱盐等过程的工艺参数,并测定了成品糖浆的成分。

| Abstract: | The conditions of soybean oligosaccharide production from soybean are studied.The optimum condition of dilute NaOH extraction、H3PO4 precipitation of soybean protein and desalting with ion exchange are determined through repeated experiment. And then,the contents of sirup produced are analysed. |
