Rationality of Synthetic Evaluation

The term of synthetic evaluation was defined. An actual decision making example was illustrated to tell people what's kind of problems they will encounter during choosing a best scheme. The actual example shows 15 questions that are directly related to the rationality of synthetic evaluation. Every question was analyzed before its solution or suggestion was given respectively. Most of the solution is an operational evaluation model. Four mathematical models were established to deal with the evaluation indexes' different dimensions. Model of concerting different indexes was given to cater the situation when there are great type index, minor type index, section type index and mediate type index in one problem. According to the different environmental facts, three kinds of synthetic evaluation models which to "compound" all the evaluation indexes were set up.
