神经模糊逻辑控制系统隶属函数和推理规则的确定

摘    要:针对当前开发模糊控制系统的一个难点——发现最优的隶属函数和模糊规则,研究了利用神经元网络的学习能力,从历史数据中发现隶属函数和模糊规则,在一定程度上减轻了系统开发工作量,克服了由于缺乏经验而可能造成的偏差.文中采用了三个学习算法:Koho-nen自组织算法、有监督的竞争算法以及BP算法,设计了一个二输入一输出的程序,并提供了运行结果

Abstract:Taking aim at the problem how to find the most optimal fuzzy rules and input/output membership functions in developing the fuzzy control system,a study of neural network is made.To some extent,this solution decreases the correspondent work of system's development and overcomes some errors probably caused by lack of experience.Three algorithms including Kohonen self organizing future map,supervised competitive learning and backpagation are used to design a 2 input/1 output program and some results are given.
