论当前加强军队反腐倡廉法规制度建设的着眼点

反腐倡廉法规制度建设是反腐倡廉体系建设的重要构成。当前,法规制度建设仍然存在一些薄弱环节,为了解决问题以持续推进法规制度建设,实现把制度建设贯穿于反腐倡廉的各项工作之中,必须切实把握加强军队反腐倡廉法规制度建设的着眼点:围绕中心、突出重点,增强反腐倡廉法规制度建设的针对性和协调性;科学指导,严密规范,增强反腐倡廉法规制度建设的系统性和科学性;及时充实,不断完善,突出反腐倡廉法规制度建设的时代性和创新性;加强组织,督促落实,增强反腐倡廉法规制度的有效性和保障性。

The focus of establishing anti-corruption regulations in the Army

Establishing anti-corruption regulations is an important composing part for building an in- corruption system. There still have some weakness in the construction of regulations. In order to solve these problems and promote the construction of regulations through all anti-corruption activities, we should hold correctly the focus of establishing anti-corruption regulations in the Army as following, first, putting the great emphasis on the main points with strong revelance and coordination; second, adpoting scientific and normative rules as the guidance; third; complementing it ceaselessly and perfecting it with characteristics of the times and the innovation; forth, strengthening the organizations so as to enforce the regulations effectively.
