东莞发展低碳经济的现状、挑战与路径选择——从发达国家的低碳路径探索看

世界经济历经工业化、信息化之后，正在走向低碳化，低碳经济时代已经来临，这种大背景，对有“世界工厂”之称的东莞，既是挑战，也是机遇。通过对西方发达国家走过的低碳经济发展路径的简要综述，分析了东莞传统经济的高碳特性，东莞发展低碳经济的现状及问题与挑战，并针对东莞未来推动低碳经济发展的进程提出了相关建议。

Dongguan Status of Low-Carbon Economy, Its Challenge and Mode Choice in View of the Exploration of Low Carbon Economy in Developed Countries

After the industrialization and informatization, the world economy is moving toward the state of low-carbon, and the times of low-carbon has come. It is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for the development of Dongguan city, which is called ＂world factory＂. This paper summarizes the developing process of the low-carbon economy in the western developed countries and considers the economy development mode with the characteristics of traditional high-carbon in Dongguan. Evaluating the prob- lems of the present situations and challenges for the development of the low-carbon economy in Dongguan, the paper gives some sug- gestions for promoting Dongguan low-carbon economy in the future.
