离子交换纤维吸附去除浓缩苹果汁中总酚的研究

摘    要:对自制的聚丙烯阴离子交换纤维吸附去除浓缩苹果汁中总酚进行了初步研究.结果表明,离子交换纤维对总酚有较好的吸附作用,吸附速度快,约30min基本达到平衡,纤维的最大吸附容量为67.263mg/g干纤维、吸附在纤维上的总酚可用0.1mol/L的盐酸解吸,解吸率可达93.362%,离子交换纤维解吸三次后对总酚的吸附能力基本与原纤维相同.纤维解析后对果汁中色素的去除能力与原纤维也基本相同.说明该离子交换纤维具有实际应用价值,在果汁加工中具有广泛的前景.

Abstract:The absorption properties for removing of polyphenols in apple juice concentrate by using the ion exchange fiber were studied. The experimental results indicated that this kind of ion exchange fibers is quite effective for the absorption of the polyphenols and the maximum absorption capacity is (67.263) mg/g ion exchange fiber. The experimental data showed that the absorption process is fast and it took about 30 minutes to reach the equilibrium. Polyphenols absorbed in the fiber could be desorbed by 0.1 mol/L HCl, and the maximal absorption rate is 93.362%. After three desorptions, the absorption capacity of ion exchange fiber was nearly equated to that of the original ion exchange fiber . Simultaneously, the fiber indicated almost the same absorption capacity to pigments in the juice. Therefore, this fiber could be widely used for apple juice processing in the future.
