| 摘 要： | 大连市民营企业在经济增长中的份量越来越重,然而民营企业的公司治理与融资问题成为阻碍其发展的绊脚石,为了实现大连市民营企业健康快速的发展,期望通过构建规范、科学的公司治理模式来支撑民营企业的融资决策。

| Abstract: | Privately-owned enterprises in Dalian are playing more and more important role in economic growth,but the corporate governance and financing problems have hindered their development.In order to realize the healthy and fast development of privately-owned enterprises in Dalian,this paper proposes financing strategy for the support of privately-owned enterprises by establishing standard and scientific corporate governance model. |
