平板对接接头横向残余应力调控技术研究

摘    要:讨论了横向残余应力的形成过程,对影响横向焊接残余应力的主要因素进行了分析,试图以减少焊件自重引起的拘束来调控焊接构件中的横向残余应力。结果表明,在采取减轻自重拘束工艺措施的情况下,平板对接焊缝接头上的横向焊接残余应力显著降低。

Abstract:The forming procedure of transverse residual stress and the main influencing factors are discussed,and the measure to reduce the friction resistance for adjusting transverse residual stress is tested. The results obtained from the experiments show that the transverse strain in mild steel butt joint is decreased evidently after the measure to reduce the friction resistance being taken.
