Abstract:The advances in technology for fusion and transformation of protoplasts were reviewed from a survey of the literature, there were discussed in following aspects:Fusion of protoplasts-Inactivacd fusion: Electrofusion; Fluorescence Labelling of fusion of protoplasts; fusion of Laser Micro beam.Transformation of protoplasts-Microinjection; Lipsomc-Method;Electropartion; Method of gene transfer.
