| Abstract: | The advances in technology for fusion and transformation of protoplasts were reviewed from a survey of the literature, there were discussed in following aspects:
Fusion of protoplasts-Inactivacd fusion: Electrofusion; Fluorescence Labelling of fusion of protoplasts; fusion of Laser Micro beam.
Transformation of protoplasts-Microinjection; Lipsomc-Method;
Electropartion; Method of gene transfer. |
