摘    要:nmAl粒子在一定的粒径范围内(10-17nm)对电磁波有较强的吸收能力,其吸收率“a≈0.4.在这个粒径范围内,A1粒子既不具有完全的金属性,也不具有完全的绝缘性,nmAl粒子的金属·绝缘体相变市是一个突变过程,存在“过渡区”.在过渡区中A1粒子对电磁波的吸收来源于量子尺寸效应。

Abstract:Within a certain Al particle size range (10-17 nm) , the EM wave absorption by the parti- cles is very strong. The absorbance a is roughly equal to 0. 4. In this size range , the Al particles are neither metals nor insulators. The metal-insulator transition of Al particles is not abrupt. There is a transition region , in which the EM wave absorption of Al particles is due to the quantum size eff .ct.
