| 摘 要： | 采用问卷法、访谈法对文山学院2009届毕业生进行调查。旨在探讨边疆高校大专毕业生就业心理问题及产生的主观原因,为加强边疆高校大专毕业生就业指导提供依据。调查结果显示文山学院2009届毕业生就业焦虑明显,就业压力大;就业期望过高,就业信心不足。

| Abstract: | This article aims to explore the psychological problems of junior college graduates＇ employment in border area and its subjective reasons and provide a basis for career guidance of the junior college graduates.2009 graduates in Wenshan University are surveyed by questionnaire and interview and result shows that this session of graduates in Wenshan University have obvious anxiety,high pressure and insufficient confidence in employment. |
