摘    要:利用自行设计的试验设备,对钻井液处理剂SD-102,XY-28,PF-THIN,PAM,LV-CMC对天然气水合物形成的影响进行试验研究,分析得到了各钻井液体系的过冷度.综合分析结果表明,在深海钻井过程中要抑制天然气水合物的形成,需要选择性地添加一定量的有机聚合物类处理剂;在室内试验条件下,PF-THIN对天然气水合物的形成具有一定的促进作用,而LV-CMC,PAM,SD-102,XY-28对天然气水合物形成具有一定的抑制作用,且作用强度依次减弱.

Abstract:The effects of drilling fluids including SD-102, XY-28, PF-THIN, PAM and LV-CMC on natural gas hydrate formation were investigated by laboratory experiments. And the respective super-cooling degree of drilling fluid system was obtained. The results show that it is necessary for inhibiting natural gas hydrate formation to choose and add some organic polymer treating agents into drilling fluid during the course of deep ocean well drilling. In the laboratory experimental conditions, PF-THIN can help gas hydrate formation to some degree, the others have inhibition effect on the natural gas hydrate formation, the order from powerful to weak is LV-CMC,PAM,SD-102,XY-28.
