基于仿真优化的集装箱堆场资源配置研究

摘    要:运用仿真优化方法对集装箱堆场资源配置问题进行了研究。首先,建立了堆场资源配置问题的数学模型,优化目标是堆场的资源利用率最大化的前提下,资源配置成本最小;然后,根据系统作业中存在的不确定性、随机性等活动特点,建立了堆场作业系统的离散事件仿真模型,并运用仿真模型与组合优化相融合的仿真优化方法对模型进行求解;最后,运用案例分析验证了该方法的有效性及其优势,同时进行了敏感性分析。

Abstract:A simulation optimization method was proposed to realize the optimal planning on resource allocate of container yard. The formulation of mathematical programming model was established. The optimal objective was to minimum the cost of resource allocation and ensure to maximum the utilization rate of resource. Considering the uncertain and stochastic activities in the system, the discrete-event system simulation model was built. To solve the planning problem, the simulation optimization method was proposed with the simulation model. An actual case was analyzed to illustrate the validity and correctness. The results from simulation optimization method were compared with traditional planning method and the advantage of this method is shown. Moreover, the sensitivity of this planning result was analyzed.
