摘    要:根据导向机构的功能,建立以侧倾中心理论为基础的导向机构传力模型,通过侧倾中心计算悬架导向机构传递给车体的力;建立悬架K&C特性修正模型,利用悬架K&C试验数据对车轮的位置和姿态进行修正.编写了14自由度整车模型的仿真代码,将所建立的悬架模型嵌入到整车模型中,建立某A级车的整车模型,通过对比仿真结果与场地试验数据,验证了模型的有效性.对此模型进行了操纵稳定性工况的仿真,以方向盘角阶跃输入工况为例,分析了导向机构模型对整车运动的影响.结果表明:通过仿真可以得到悬架K&C特性参数中对整车运动影响较大的参数及其影响趋势,从而对汽车开发过程中的悬架结构参数的确定起到指导作用.

Abstract:According to the function of guiding-mechanism,a suspension guiding-mechanism model was built based on the roll center theory to compute the force on body by roll center concept.A suspension K&C properties correction model was also built to compensate the pose and position of wheels.A 14 DOFs vehicle model simulation code was compiled to embed the suspension model into vehicle model.An A-Class Car Model was simulated to be compared with the experiment data,and to verify the correctness of the model.The vehicle handling stability was simulated to investigate the effect of suspension guiding-mechanism on vehicle with step steering wheel angle input simulation as an example.The results show that the K&C parameters have great influence on vehicle,and the change trend of vehicle motion can be achieved by the simulation.
