摘    要:在分析了虚拟装配技术基本思想的基础上,提出了在潜油电泵零部件设计中实施虚拟装配技术应用的基础环境以及具体的实施方法和途径.并将其应用于分离器的装配过程中,得出合理的虚拟装配应用方法、建立一定的组织机构是潜油电泵机组实现虚拟装配的核心.

Abstract:On the base of concept about virtual assembly, this paper develops the basic environment and concrete way and method about realizing virtual assembling technical in the design of ESP parts. By applying it in the process of separator assembly it comes to the conclusion that using practical way of virtual assembly and constructing certain organization are the key of realizing virtual assembly in ESP units.
