| Abstract: | Integration of work and study is one important breakthrough point in the reform of the personnel training mode in vocational colleges.The demanding for the students majoring in financial specialties is to lay a sound theoretical foundation and obtain some practical experience.Specific discussions are made on the mode of integration of work and study for the professional field of the insurance,banking and security. |
