| Abstract: | The relationship among the cost, oil property, the transportation quantities and the engineering parameters in oil pipeline transportation is described. The insufficiency of classical price model under market mechanism is analyzed. A new price model of oil pipeline transportation suitable for China market mechanism is given. |
