GA3和PP333对水稻幼苗生长的相互作用

摘    要:用25ppmGA_3和50ppmPP333处理水稻幼苗,结果表明:①GA_3明显促进水稻第一叶鞘的伸长;而 PP333则抑制其伸长。②用 GA_3+PP333混合液处理,或先用PP333,过一定时间后再用 GA_3及先用 GA_3处理后再以 PP333处理水稻幼苗,结果均表明:PP333和 GA_3存在着相互拮抗作用,PP333是一种抗 GA_3的生物调节剂。

Abstract:GA_3 promoted the groth of first leaf sheath of rice seedling and PP333in- hibited its elongation.When the first leaf sheath of rice seedling Was treat- ed with solution of GA_3+PP333,or treated with PP333 after GA_3 treatment, or treated with GA_3after PP333 treatment,the results showed that the roles of GA_3 and PP333 were antagonized each other and PP333 inhibited GA_3 synthesis.
