| 摘 要： | 以2-甲基-3-氨基苯甲酸为原料,经重氮化、水解反应合成目标产物2-甲基-3-羟基苯甲酸,确定了合成条件,改进了其它方法繁琐的后处理工艺及昂贵的设备,并对产物结构进行了表征.

| Abstract: | This experiment adopts diasotisation and hydrolysis of 2 - methyl - 3 - amino benzoic acid to synthesis 2 -methyl - 3 - hydroxy benzoic acid. The structure and purity of the ultimate product has been identified by IR and HPLC. From the experiment results, this synthetic route offers high yield and excellent purity which can be used in next reaction without further treatment. |
