| 摘 要： | 提出了基于字符编码的文本数字水印算法.通过对水印程序进行多方面的测试,水印算法具有较好的隐蔽性能和安全性能,能实现携带秘密信息、完整性效验以及作者身份验证等功能,该算法属于脆弱型水印,具有一定的使用价值.
