关于正确认识和处理我国农业和高等农业教育发展的关系

随着商品经济的迅速发展,农业和教育己变为相互依存的关系。在社会主义经济需求制动下自觉谋求产业和部门之间最佳的组合和量比关系,以达到最佳经济发展效益。农业及其教育相关中,应明确它们的连锁性、时序性、主从性、导向性和联系的量比性。农业教育的对策,应是根据其相关性,确定我国农业教育的有关政策,不同地区教育的发展阶段和层次,调整教育内部结构协调人才需要关系。充实和提高学校的办学能力,强化竞争机制。

On the Correct Understanding and Handling of the Relationship between Agriculture Development and Education

As the rapid advance of commodity econmy, agriculture and education has become more closely related. Promoted by the economic demond, the best combination and its quality between trades and branches are consciously seeked so as to reach the best ecnomic developing benefit. We must know the characteristieS of chain reaction, time order, primary and secondary and so on in the relationship between agriculture and education. The management of agricultural education should make definite policy related to it, and the different developing steps and levels in different areas; adjust the internal structure and the need of talented person: enrich and raise the school-running capabilities and strengthen the eompetition system.
