摘    要:采矿业在促进国民经济发展的同时,也带来严重的环境问题。残留的大量尾矿不仅造成土地资源的浪费,还严重污染了生态环境。尾矿的物理结构很差,极端贫瘠、重金属含量高、具有极端pH值,致使植被难以覆盖,生态修复困难。丛枝菌根真菌在矿区生态恢复中发挥了较好的效应,能够促进宿主植物对矿质元素的吸收,提高植物抗逆性,尤其是对重金属的抗性。因此,丛枝菌根真菌对于尾矿库的生态修复具有很大的应用潜力。

Abstract:While the development of mining contributes to the progress of national economy greatly, it also causes serous environmental problems. Lots of tailing left in mining areas not only constitute a waste of the land resources, but also pollute the environment. The tailing has many undesirable features in a phytoremediation, such as bad physical structure, poor organic and inorganic nutrients, high concentration of heavy metals, extreme pH and so on, making it difficult to carry out ecological restoration. Arbuscular mycorrhiza sees a promising potential for ecological restoration in mining areas. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can enhance the plant growth, increase nutrient uptake and offer resistance to the environmental stresses, especially to the heavy metals. Arbuscular mycorrhiza can be applied for phytoremediation in tailing areas.
