| 摘 要： | 在泽思和斯蒂芬（Ziss＆Steffern）的研发溢出模型基础上,引入一个反映企业创新成功可能性的变量即创新成功率参数,构筑一个新的两阶段博弈模型。证明社会资本能增进高新技术产业群内企业借助信任网络更容易合作,增加高新技术产业群内溢出效应,提高高新技术产业群内企业创新效率。
