高温焦油沥青的热解反应及显微结构变化

摘    要:本文用非等温热重法研究了山西焦化厂高温焦油沥青及其组分(正已烷不溶、苯可溶组分和苯不溶、吡啶可溶组分)的热解反应。用Coats和Redfern法对结果进行了数学处理。以14种典型的气-固反应模型为基础,用最小二乘法进行了模型筛选,考察了不同反应气氛下不同组分的热解反应规律,研究了不同组分热解过程中显微结构的变化。结果表明,正已烷不溶、苯可溶组分与原料沥青具有相似的反应规律,热解后生成的是细镶嵌的中间体。

Abstract:The pyrolytic kinetics of a kind of coal tar pitch (CTP) and its HI-BS andBI-PS Composition were determined by non-isothermal thermogravimetry. Coats-Redfernmethod was performed for up to 14 different gas-solid reaction models based on a leastsquares procedure. The pyrolytic kinetics of CTP and its HI-BS composition can be described as. The mosaic texture of the HI-BS composition was observed byheating-stage microscopy.
