高职教育与地方经济发展的契合度研究

随着经济发展速度的不断提高，科学技术水平不断上升以及全球化程度的不断加深，多数高职院校与当前社会、经济、科技的发展不能相适应，表现在办学定位不够明确，出现闭门造车、“自导自演”的局面；办学理念不够灵活，不能追随经济社会发展需求等方面。增加高职教育与地方经济发展的契合度，要加大对高职教育的投资力度；加大校企合作办学力度，促进校企双方联系，实现互助共赢；以人才培养模式创新为动力，提高办学水平，凸现办学特色。

Study on the Correspondence between Higher Vocational Education and Local Economic Development

Education is closely connected with economy. Higher vocational education in China and social economic development is the typical practice of linkage development on education and economy. Analyzing the connection between higher vocational education and local economic development, exploiting the advantage of higher vocational and other levels education for serving local economic development and seeking measures on the fit between higher vocational education and local economic development, it has very important meaning to promote the positive interaction between higher vocational education and local economy.
