摘    要:地方高校管理类人才的培养与经济、社会和企业发展需求存在较大的矛盾,进行人才培养模式的改革迫在眉睫。在协同创新下,围绕人才培养目标,以能力培养为中心,进行教学团队建设、课程与教学资源建设、教学方法手段、实践教学基地建设、教学管理机制等方面的改革,以提高地方高校管理类人才培养质量,显得十分重要。

Abstract:There is a big contradicition between the management talent teaining mode of the local colleges and universitied and the economy, society, enterprise development requiremengt, it is very immiment to reform the talent training mode. In the case of the collaborative innovation,it would be important to around the the goal of cultivating talents, ability training, the reform of teaching team, the construction of instructional resources, the teaching methods, the practice base construction, the reform fo teaching management mechanism. Only focous on the above aspects, the local college’s teaching quality will be improved.
