协同创新下地方高校管理类人才培养模式改革

地方高校管理类人才的培养与经济、社会和企业发展需求存在较大的矛盾，进行人才培养模式的改革迫在眉睫。在协同创新下，围绕人才培养目标，以能力培养为中心，进行教学团队建设、课程与教学资源建设、教学方法手段、实践教学基地建设、教学管理机制等方面的改革，以提高地方高校管理类人才培养质量，显得十分重要。
