| 摘 要： | 建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定畜禽肉中土霉素、四环素、金霉素、强力霉素残留量的检测方法.样品用乙腈和1 mol/L草酸溶液提取,C18固相萃取柱净化,采用高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)检测,外标法定量.本法简便、快速、定量准确、精密度高,适用于畜禽肉中四环素族抗生素残留量的检测.

| Abstract: | High performance liquid chromatographic method(HPLC) have been developed for determination residuol amount of tetracycline antibiotics in meat.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and 1?mol/L oxalic acid,and were cleaned up by C_(18) solid phase extraction column.The analytes were separated by HPLC with diode array detector(DAD) and quantified using external calibration curves.The method is simple,rapid and accurate for detection residues of tetracycline antibiotics. |
