| 摘 要： | 介绍了Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ 网络技术的含义，建立的步骤和方法以及对企业的影响．讨论了Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ的局限性，对三种网络进行了比较，阐述了Ｅｘｔｒａｎｅｔ的特点和结构体系及Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ 向Ｅｘｔｒａｎｅｔ 延伸的发展趋势．
