| 摘 要： | 目的：研究人甲状腺瘤的发生分期ｂＦＧＦｓ（ｂａｓｃ Ｆａｂｒｏｂｌａｓｔ Ｇｒｏｗｔｈ Ｆａｃｔｏｒｓ）基因异常表达的关系。方法：采用Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ－ｂｌｏｔ方法对人甲状腺及其肿瘤组织来源的ｂＦＧＦｓ进行分析研究。结果：人正常甲状腺组织来源的ｂＦＧＦｓ分子量为１７ＫＤ和１８ＫＤ，而人甲状腺肿瘤组织来源的ｂＦＧＦｓ为１４ＫＤ、１７ＫＤ和１８ＫＤ。结论：１４ＫＤｂＦＧＦｓ的出现提示人甲状腺肿瘤的发生和发展可能与ｂＦＧＦｓ的基因异常表达有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relation between the development of human thyroid gland tumour and abnormal gene expression of bFGFs. Methods: The bFG- Fs in human thyroid gland and its tumour tissue was analyzed by means of western-blot. Rcsults and Condusion:The molecular weight of bFGFs in human thyroid gland was 17KD, 18KD,but it was 14KD, 17KD and 18KD in tumour tissue. The appearance of 14KD bFGFs showe a relation between the development of human thyroid gland tumour and bFGFs' abnormal gene expression in it. |
