铝合金车轮强度有限元分析研究

摘    要:针对铝合金车轮动态弯曲疲劳问题,建立了车轮弯曲实验的静态有限元模型,然后使用商用有限元软件LS-DYNA的隐式计算方法,对铝合金车轮在弯矩作用下的应力分布进行了仿真分析.通过对四个典型状态下车轮主应力分布情况的仿真结果评价,确定了铝合金车轮上最易导致疲劳裂纹产生的高应力区域.该计算机模拟实验平台的建立对铝合金车轮的前期设计开发具有重要的指导意义.
