摘    要:酸浸反应器是高岭土制备聚合氯化铝的关键设备。基于连续管式反应器具有环境清洁、连续操作和利用率高等优点 ,文章研究了高岭土酸浸连续管式反应器体积的计算方法。指出对影响反应器体积大小的主要因素 :盐酸的初始浓度、氧化铝浸出率、反应温度和时间等 ,应加以综合考虑 ,选择适宜的操作条件 ,从而计算确定反应器体积

Abstract:The acid-leaching reactor is the key instrument for preparing polyaluminium chloride (PAC) from kaoline,and the continuous-tubular reactor has such merits as benign environment, continuous operation and high utilization factor. The method of calculating the volume of the tubular reactor is studied in this paper. A calculation example is presented. It is found that the factors influencing the volume of the reactor are the initial concentration of hydrochloric acid, the leaching ratio of aluminium oxide, the reaction temperature and the reaction time. With the influencing factors and the suitable operating conditions taken into account, the volume of the reactor is determined.
