高职旅游专业学生面临着一个大有可为的职业发展方向,但由于心理上普遍存在着自我认知的困惑、人际交往的障碍、自我价值感的偏差、心理成熟程度弱等的问题。因此,在学生中开展生涯指导教育,提高学生的自我观察、环境观察和社会学习能力,以生涯发展理论帮助学生提高心理承受能力与自我调节能力。

Although the students of tourism specialty in vocational colleges have a wide and promising professional development,they are facing various psychological problems due to the uncertainty of their self-cognition,the obstruction of inter-personal communication and divergence of their sense of self evaluation.So it is necessary and essential to develop the education of career guidance,to improve their ability to monitor themselves and environment,and to promote their ability of social life so as to help them strengthen their psychological capacity to bear and self-adjustment.
