| 摘 要： | 运用回归统计分析方法对中国电子及通信设备制造业R&D能力与国际竞争力的关系进行了实证研究。认为,要全面考察R&D能力与国际竞争力的关系,应从投入、产出两方面选择R&D能力指标。实证结果表明,中国电子及通信设备制造业R&D能力与国际竞争力相关;R&D人力投资和经费投资与国际竞争力相关,且R&D产出对国际竞争力的影响大于R&D投入。中国电通设备业尚处于产业成长期,需加强R&D活动管理,明确R&D能力培育的重点。

| Abstract: | The research focuses on the relationship between the R&D capabilities and international competitiveness of Chinese electronic and telecommunication's equipment industry. The empirical result indicates that The R&D capabilities is closely related to the international competitiveness, and human and fund inputs into R&D are related to the international competitiveness. Furthermore, the effect of R&D outputs on the international competitiveness is over that of R&D inputs. As Chinese Electronic and Telecommunication's Equipment Industry is at the growing-up stage, it is important to make certain the keys to foster the R&D capabilities. |
