| Abstract: | The right guarantee of the criminal victim of our country has having some obvious shortcoming.We should perfect the right guarantee of the criminal victim of our country in time,prevent criminal victim's crime inverter from victim to criminal because of psychological unbalance,and thus establish the foundation stone of the law for constructing the harmonious society. |
