| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的快速发展,城市静态交通问题越来越突出,如何解决停车难问题已成为城市建设的当务之急。经过对长沙市现状的分析,认为解决问题的关键在于:合理规划城市布局、健全停车管理法规制度、制定有关优惠政策、采用先进的停车技术。

| Abstract: | The static traffic is becoming worse and worse by the rapid development of social economy,and parking has now become an urgent problem in urban construction.With the analysis of the present situation,this article suggests the key should be city planning,strengthening the regulation of parking,making some favorable policy and adopting the advanced parking technology. |
