| 摘 要： | 从价值角度认识,生鲜农产品具有生长增值性和变质性,而生长增值性对于提升农超对接绩效具有正向作用。假设超市允许缺货为农产品生长增值赢得时间,以缺货产品生长增值获得的额外利润修正丢单成本,建立了需求依赖于产品成熟度的超市成本模型,据此研究了超市在生鲜农产品生长增值期内的多次库存补货策略。研究得出,缺货部分回补比缺货不补的总成本总体上略高。为此,超市在生鲜农产品生长增值期内订货缺货不补更优。

| Abstract: | Fresh agircultural products are characterized by deterioration and amelioration,which contribute to improving the performance of farm-supermarket connection from viewpoint of value.In this paper,the total cost model of the supermarket is developed with demand dependent freshness,shortage allowed to gain ameliorating time,taking into account the lost sale cost being modified by the potential profit due to growth amelioration,and then the replenishment strategy of the supermarket in growth value ameliorating cycle is studied.The conclusion shows that the total cost with partial backlogging is little higher than that with no backlogging.Hence,the ordering policy with no backlogging is optimal. |
