| 摘 要： | 本文把企业集团置入中国经济体制改革的大框架中，通过对企业集团化目的、手段的分析，认为在企业产权边界模糊的情况下，企业集团的目的发生了较大变异，企业集团化被广泛用作为企业产权变革、产权边界扩展的一种措施，因而导致企业集团运作效率的低下。本文认为：造就有利于企业集团成长的市场条件和制度环境是企业集团化走出误区的关键。
