捕蝇草叶的组织培养

摘    要:对离体条件下影响捕蝇草叶分化成苗的若干因素进行了研究.实验结果表明,蔗糖浓度为1%时,捕蝇草叶分化情况最好;葡萄糖作碳源优于其他碳源;0.3%的牛肉浸膏浓度有利于叶及根的分化;B5培养基有利于捕蝇草叶分化苗数量的增加;液体培养基比固体培养基对捕蝇草分化苗的生长更有优势.

Abstract:Using Dionuea museiputa Ellis leaf as explant, we investigated the factors affecting the proliferation and growth of the explant. The results indicated that glucose was the best carbon source than the others and 1% of its concentration was the best for leaf differentiation ;3% of beef extracts was benefit for the differentiation of leaf and the formation of root; B5 was the most suitable medium for the shoot to proliferate and the plantlets to bloom.
