| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告中指出:"加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,用正确方式处理人际关系"。①党的代表大会的报告里第一次出现"人文关怀"和"心理疏导"这样朴素、亲切的字眼。新的提法揭示出党对思想政治工作提出新的要求,为高校学生思想政治教育工作指明了方向。
